WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Access to the property from 8AM-11PM (Friday & Saturday ONLY)

  • Sunday through Thursday rental time is from 12PM-8PM.

  • Tables & Chairs for up to 180 guests

  • One bartender for beer/wine service with Tipsy Gipsy

  • Use of our Bridal Suite & Groom's Cabin

  • Use of our Ceremony Site & Grounds

  • Set up of Ceremony Site (chairs & benches)

  • Set up of Barn (tables & chairs for dinner/reception)

  • Trash Removal

  • Indoor Bathrooms​

May - October

  • Saturday: $5,500

  • Friday: $4,500

  • Sunday - Thursday: $2,500

Year Round Events

  • Non-Wedding Event Rental: $500

    • Up to 6 hour rental.​

    • ​$200/hr. after 6 hours.​

    • Bar Service extra $75/hr. (cost of alcohol, not included)​
